Spring 2017 Newsletter - Trinity Tribune
At Most Holy Trinity we are fully aware of God’s goodness in all we do and in the gifts He has bestowed upon us. Students are demonstrating diligence in the classroom by developing their academic skills and confidence in their individual abilities. Each class is maturing in teamwork and fostering a sense of community grounded in justice and mercy. Our Academy students are committed “Virtue Ambassadors” and have been modeling to the younger students how to share their talents with the greater world. Most Holy Trinity students are working to understand God’s will and plan for each person and acting as witness of His love for others.
The faculty and staff continue to spend countless time and energy on meeting the individual needs of each young person. They are dedicated to the holistic well-being of the students and foster a collegial, loving environment. In January we welcomed three new staff members, Mr. Andrew Diemer (5th), Ms. Gabrielle Desits (KDG) and Mr. Cory Lampkin (art) to our Most Holy Trinity family. Mid-year changes came as a result of family commitments and great opportunities, but the strength of our MHT community afforded seamless transitions and continued progress.
Recently we celebrated Catholic Schools week, a fun-filled, jam-packed week of school spirit and joy for Catholic education. To quote Chavi F., 6th grade, “I liked Catholic School’s Week because it showed how creative we can be!” Dress up days, a creative writing contest, an elegant lunch, minute-to-win-it challenges, family read-in and a talent show were all ways students celebrated their love for MHT. “I enjoyed the week because it made the school happy!” said Dylan V., 6th grade. For the faculty and staff, the energy of the week affirms our commitment to this beautiful mission at Most Holy Trinity.
As the year progresses I am more and more aware of God’s goodness, in and around all happenings at MHT. We are grateful for your ongoing support and look forward to continued growth. Proud to be MHT!
